Theorycrafter 1.8.0-atxxi-beta01

This version adds the ability to manage fleet doctrines. Doctrines are similar to tournament compositions, but without limits on the number of ships or their kinds.

Additionally:

• The version includes the latest Legion changes from 09.09.2025.
• Ship point values for Alliance Tournament XXI have been updated.
• You can now bulk-export your fits to an XML file.
• The number of cycles a Reactive Armor Hardener is spooled can now be set manually.
• You can now apply breacher pods as a hostile effect to see the amount of damage they do.
• You can now mark ships as flagships when an appropriate tournament is active, which will apply flagship fitting rules to them.
